I am a proud veteran and retired civil servant with 36 years of dedicated service in the Federal Aviation Administration, where I worked as a transportation specialist, career advisor, and first sergeant.
I am a wife, mother of four, and grandmother of ten, one an angel grandbaby, who is my greatest source of strength and joy.
Today, I step boldly into my role as an author and advocate, using my voice to confront silence and bring awareness to issues of trauma and healing.
My debut memoir, Never Said a Word, tells my unfiltered story of abandonment, sexual grooming, and abuse. These were the experiences I carried in silence for far too long. Through my writing, I invite others into the conversation around healing and breaking generational cycles.
Beyond the page, I am the creator of a FEW Mindful Moments, a podcast dedicated to meaningful conversations about growth and recovery, and a FEW Lost Words, a blog that expands on the themes in my book. My mission is to ensure survivors, service members, and families are never unheard again.
